Collaboration with HAN BioCentre

Novio Catalpa has established a collaboration with HAN BioCentre, a Centre of Expertise in Applied Biosciences and Chemistry. The collaboration aims to develop and manufacture Novio Catalpa’s diagnostic nanobodies for a rapid agglutination assay that will offer an innovative approach in Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. HAN BioCentre will evaluate the overexpression of nanobodies in yeast cells based upon vectors developed by Novio Catalpa and produce the nanobodies in a fed-batch fermentation in bioreactors.
